11/5 – City of Boulder Climate Action Plan Presentation

When: Thursday, November 5th, 2015 from 1:00 to 2:00 pm

Where: Engineering Center, ECCR 151

Boulder has long been recognized as a leader in local climate action and clean energy development. Boulder residents have consistently invested in a sustainable future. Now  the community is considering a commitment to reduce Boulder’s greenhouse gas  emissions by 80 percent by the year 2050. The best chance at addressing climate change is to focus our action on the areas where we can have the biggest impact: energy, resources, and ecosystems. The proposed plan is to transition to clean renewable energy systems, conserve natural resources, and buffer important ecosystems.

Join us for a presentation on the overview of the action plan with a Q&A session afterwards!
